Clerk’s 13th Annual Valentines Day Group Wedding

Thursday, February 14th, 2 pm

Up to fifty couples are expected to join together for a group wedding ceremony on Valentine’s Day in the picturesque Wedding Garden.

This community event brings together local and out-of-state citizens on the most romantic day of the year.

This event will bring you up to date on everything we have accomplished this past year and introduce exciting things we are planning for 2019 and beyond. Please join us for a reception in the Gallery, with refreshments and a cash bar.

You may also enjoy the Act II art display sponsored by Pinellas Community Foundation, featuring art from 60+ year old artist that have taken on 2nd careers.

Our meeting will include a presentation on Children's Gardens by highly acclaimed Landscape Artist, Sally Coyle, who created the recently opened Children's Garden at Bok Tower Gardens.

FWCOS Orchid Repotting Event

Saturday, March 23, 2019, from 9 am-12 pm

Florida West Coast Orchid Society members will re-pot your orchids and provide you with information on orchid culture. You can watch and learn while your orchids are taken care of. A reasonable fee is charged to cover the cost of the supplies for the repotting the orchids. All proceeds go to FWCOS to offset the cost of the materials.

It will take place under the Tropical Pavilion, in the East Gardens. Parking will be at the Walsingham Entrance, at 12211 Walsingham Road, Largo Fl.

4th Annual Tour of Public & Private Gardens

Sunday, May 5, 2019, 10:00 am registration and FBG on-site tours

1:00 pm - 4:30 pm Self-guided, self-transported tours of private gardens

Enjoy a delightful day visiting private and public gardens in Pinellas county. A great early Mother’s Day gift!

Day-of registration will begin at 10 am. The Gardens will host group tours from 10am-12 pm. Our Botanical Bounty gift shop will be open for your early Mother’s Day shopping pleasure.

From 1 pm-4:30 pm exceptional private gardens will be open for viewing at your leisure, via a self-guided map. Each year a number of gardens are selected that represent the very best in landscaping and gardening. Do not miss the opportunity to peek into these private Shangri Las.

The cost is $30 per person, in advance, $35.00 the day of the event. Members of the Florida Botanical Gardens Foundation pay a member’s only fee of $25. Become a member today!

Group Tours

We are happy to provide groups - please call in advance to 727-582-2117 and we will be happy to work with you to get one arranged.  We ask a $5/person donation for group tours.

The Pinellas County Extension staff and Master Gardeners offer a number of classes/tours/workshops both here at the Florida Botanical Gardens and at locations around Pinellas County.

Pumpkin Fest

October 27th, 12-4 pm

Get ready for Halloween and come carve a pumpkin with us!

Templates and kid-friendly carving tools will be available for use. It’s a time for fun and laughter, children are encouraged to come in costume.
