Event Activities & Information

  •  One hour workouts use a person's own body weight for aerobic and plyometric exercise to improve strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health.
  • The trainer will modify any exercise to account for each participant's physical limitations and abilities.
  • Enjoy the beauty of the Florida Botanical Gardens while becoming your best self in 2022!
