Event Activities & Information

• Join us for a pumpkin patch, pumpkin carving, and spooky activities from our returning sponsors Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscaping Association and County Farm Bureau.
• Alligator Attraction will be on site, allowing guests to get a glimpse of their reptiles and a staple of the event, Kona Ice of Seminole, will also be serving up delicious shaved ice creations.
• Additional vendors will be on site with information and activities, and our Botanical Bounty Gift Shop will have seasonal items for sale.
• The Professional Association of Visual Artists will host a premium activity in the Tropical Pavilion, pre-registration only.

• Trick-or-treat! Come dressed in costume and take part in our TaleBlazer Scavenger Hunt to receive candy for an early Halloween celebration.
• Buy Farm Food will be on site, providing fresh fruit and veggies, which can be ordered on their website or purchased for cash at the event. We will also provide a nice mix of fruit and veggies that can be purchased individually as well. To purchase in advance, visit Buy Farm Food and select "Pumpkin Fest at the Florida Botanical Gardens" as your pickup location.
• Don’t forget to vote for your favorites from our Scarecrow Contest, presented by 4-H. Winners will be announced on Monday, October 25th.
